Phra Ajahn Anucha Anuchato is a respected monk of Wat Pho Ratchaburana, Ratchaburi Province. Born on August 23, 1964, in Nakhon Pathom, he entered the temple environment early in life and began his foundation in mystical sciences under Luang Pho Sanga. His formal ordination began in 1984 at Wat Nong Pho, followed by years of Dhamma study and family responsibilities. He re-entered the monkhood in 2009 at Wat Pho Ratchaburana and completed the full sequence of Nak Tham studies between 2013 and 2015. Over decades, he furthered his esoteric training with teachers such as Luang Pu Non (Wat Khao Phran Thup) and Luang Pho Boonkham (Wat Chaiyaphum).
Historical Background
Ratchaburi Province sits close to Phetchaburi, an area heavily influenced by the legacy of Luang Pho Deang of Wat Khao Bandai-It. Many families in both provinces still follow LP Deang’s lineage, especially in matters related to business, protection, and prosperity. As LP Deang passed on, the next generation of devotees began looking for a teacher who maintained both strong Dhamma grounding and competent wiccha practice. For many households, that role naturally shifted to Phra Ajahn Anucha.
During my own visits to Wat Pho Ratchaburana, I met numerous long-time disciples—most of them successful entrepreneurs and established business owners. Many were second-generation followers: their fathers were devoted students of LP Deang, and they now continue the tradition under Phra Ajahn Anucha. They spoke about following him not simply because of lineage, but because his advice, blessings, and items consistently supported their real-life responsibilities.
One businessman in the beauty industry shared that his father, a serious LP Deang collector, regarded Ajahn Anucha as the rightful continuation of their family’s spiritual path. He told me plainly that wearing Ajahn Anucha’s items brought significant improvement to his business, and he attributed much of his current prosperity to maintaining that connection.
These accounts were consistent across many disciples. Their relationship with Ajahn Anucha is long-term, grounded in trust, and supported by tangible life results—especially in areas related to financial stability, expansion of business operations, and family well-being.
Blessings and Effects
Ajahn Anucha’s amulets are structured around three core functions:
-
Stable Protection
His yantra design emphasizes grounded energy—useful for long-term household protection and personal stability. -
Authority and Charm for Business
Many disciples wear his items specifically for negotiations, client relationships, and industry competitiveness. Their feedback consistently revolves around improved opportunities and smoother outcomes. -
Prosperity and Growth
Followers commonly describe increases in revenue, new business openings, and improved decision-making—results they directly associate with Ajahn Anucha’s blessings and guidance.
Materials and Ritual Work
In 2022, Phra Ajahn Anucha initiated the creation of many amulets and magical items to fund the restoration of the ordination hall at Wat Pho Ratchaburana. The composition reflected traditional temple craft:
-
Powdered old temple bricks
-
Gold leaf from principal Buddha images
-
Incense ash from long-standing altars
-
Fragments of relics and materials tied to respected monks
Two large consecration rituals were held on July 13 and July 28, 2022. Ajahn Anucha personally inscribed the yantras on each piece, maintaining direct involvement in every step.
Usage in Modern Life
For today’s practitioners, Ajahn Anucha’s items align naturally with:
-
Running or expanding a business
-
Improving professional influence
-
Navigating major financial decisions
-
Maintaining continuity with family lineage (especially for LP Deang’s followers)
-
Seeking stable protection without complicated ritual requirements
His strength as a teacher lies in providing practical guidance, clear wiccha, and amulets built for daily life rather than ceremonial display.
