Nam Man Prai
AC Bed
2 Inches
Barang Artifact
Sacred Craftsmanship
This is the first batch of Nam Man Prai prepared by AC Bed, created during the period when he was working under the direct guidance of Por Sala Tan.
Each bottle was individually prepared and filled as part of the original batch. Natural differences in the colour, suspended ritual material, sediment and positioning of the internal components are therefore expected, making every surviving bottle slightly different.
The photographs are representative only. A piece will be selected at random, and the item supplied may differ slightly from the exact piece shown in the images.
Personal Experiences Shared by Luksits
Among owners of this first batch, the experiences reported were not limited to attraction or relationships.
One collector recalled sitting alone late at night when the temperature inside his closed room suddenly seemed to fall. There were no open windows, yet he felt a brief cold movement through the room followed by the distinct sensation that someone was standing behind him.
For him, this became the first occasion on which he regarded the Nam Man Prai as carrying a genuine spiritual presence rather than simply being a consecrated oil.
Dream experiences were also repeatedly mentioned.
Several owners described dreaming of unfamiliar women. Sometimes the figure appeared clearly; on other occasions she remained indistinct or shadow-like. Some owners recalled receiving words of advice or warnings within these dreams and later connected them with circumstances that developed in waking life.
Other reports concerned attraction and opportunity.
One owner associated the oil with an unusual period of good fortune during gambling after applying only a very small amount before going out. Others reported former partners unexpectedly making contact again, people becoming noticeably more receptive, or chance introductions eventually developing into useful business opportunities.
The most memorable accounts, however, concern warning and protection.
One practitioner described hearing what he believed was a clear voice calling his name immediately before he was about to step from the pavement. He stopped, and a vehicle passed unexpectedly close moments later.
Another owner recalled suddenly feeling uncomfortable about continuing along his intended route. He delayed the journey and subsequently learnt that an accident had occurred further ahead.
Whether understood spiritually or personally, these experiences explain why older owners tended to regard the first batch as something broader than a Saneh preparation. To them, it functioned as a companion artifact concerned with attraction, opportunity, warning and protection.
Summary
The first-batch Nam Man Prai by AC Bed occupies an important place within the Por Sala Tan lineage because it represents one of AC Bed’s earliest recognised preparations made under Por Sala Tan’s direct guidance.
Most significantly, Por Sala Tan himself requested several bottles, retaining them for his personal altar and ritual work.
The traditional qualities attributed to this batch centre upon:
Maha Saneh and attraction.
Metta Maha Niyom and favourable treatment.
Authority and influence.
Wealth and unexpected opportunity.
Spiritual companionship and guidance.
Warnings against danger.
Protection against hostile Prai and unseen influences.
Its reputation therefore developed not merely as a love oil, but as a more complete Prai-based working vessel.
Historical Background
Nam Man Prai occupies a distinctive position within Thai occult practice.
Unlike ordinary blessing oils concerned principally with Metta, traditional Prai preparations involve a relationship between ritual substances, wicha and a spiritual presence or Prai current.
Different masters developed very different approaches.
Some preparations concentrated heavily upon Maha Saneh and attraction. Others were intended for business, gambling luck, spirit communication, protection or assistance in accomplishing difficult objectives.
The approach taught within Por Sala Tan’s lineage could combine several of these qualities within the same preparation.
AC Bed’s first batch was produced while he was still working closely under Por Sala Tan’s guidance. For this reason, collectors regard the batch as representing an early point in the transmission of the wicha from Kru to luksit.
Por Sala Tan’s decision to retain bottles for himself further strengthened the batch’s standing among followers.
Rather than remaining simply a disciple’s experiment, it became a preparation that circulated back into the ritual environment of the teacher himself.
Origins of the Materials
The foundation of the artifact is the prepared Nam Man Prai, produced according to the ritual methods taught to AC Bed within Por Sala Tan’s lineage.
The oil acts as both carrier and ritual medium.
Within the bottles are additional consecrated components, including a takrut, visible through the glass. These elements form part of the preparation and were intended to remain immersed within the oil.
The different colours and small suspended particles visible inside surviving bottles are characteristic of individually prepared ritual oils containing consecrated substances rather than commercially uniform liquids.
More importantly, the materials were not regarded independently.
The oil, takrut, sacred substances and Prai working were consecrated together to form a single ritual object.
This is why an original bottle is best understood as a complete artifact, rather than simply a container holding sacred oil.
Ritual
AC Bed prepared this first batch under Por Sala Tan’s direct guidance, following the ritual principles of the lineage.
The working centred upon establishing and stabilising the Prai current before directing it towards several purposes: Saneh, Metta, influence, opportunity, guidance and protection.
The internal takrut strengthened the intended direction of the preparation, while the oil served as the medium through which the working could be retained and traditionally applied.
Particular importance was placed upon balance.
The purpose was not simply to create a forceful attraction oil. The Prai aspect also needed to remain sufficiently controlled to function as an ally to its keeper.
This helps explain the variety of experiences subsequently associated with the batch. Attraction was one aspect, but owners also reported dreams, warnings, changes in opportunity and a sense of spiritual companionship.
Por Sala Tan’s decision to obtain several bottles for his own altar and ritual use became one of the strongest lineage associations surrounding the first batch.
Blessings and Effects
The best-known quality of the oil is Maha Saneh.
Traditionally, it is carried or used for stronger personal magnetism, attraction and the ability to remain in another person’s thoughts.
Metta Maha Niyom supports the softer side of the working — goodwill, approachability, assistance and favourable treatment.
Authority and influence concern the ability to make one’s words carry greater weight. For this reason, the oil became relevant not only to relationships but also to business, negotiation and situations requiring persuasion.
Chok Lap and opportunity relate to unexpected openings, useful encounters, financial movement and favourable coincidences.
The Prai aspect is additionally associated with spiritual companionship. Dreams, intuition and sudden feelings of caution have traditionally been interpreted by some owners as forms of communication or warning.
Finally, the preparation carries a protective aspect. Within the lineage it is regarded as capable of helping establish a spiritual boundary against hostile Prai, harmful occult influences and unseen disturbances.
Modern Application
Although Nam Man Prai is often immediately associated with romantic attraction, this first batch has broader applications.
For those in sales, business and negotiation, its combination of Metta and Saneh is traditionally used to improve personal magnetism and receptiveness during interaction.
Those whose work depends upon networking may value its association with chance introductions and unexpected assistance.
In personal relationships, the oil is traditionally approached for attraction, reconciliation, warmth and greater emotional attention.
For practitioners already comfortable with Prai-based artifacts, it may also be maintained upon an altar as a spiritual companion working, with attention paid to dreams, intuition and unusual warnings rather than attraction alone.
As with older Nam Man preparations, respectful and restrained use is preferable. The artifact should be treated as a consecrated ritual object rather than an ordinary fragrance or cosmetic oil.
Physical Details
An original first-batch Nam Man Prai by AC Bed, prepared under the direct guidance of Por Sala Tan. The ritual oil is preserved within a small sealed glass bottle containing its original internal sacred components and takrut. Natural sediment, suspended particles, differences in oil colour and variations in the position of the internal materials are expected between bottles. The example shown has subsequently been protected within a custom silver casing for individual wear while retaining the original bottle and contents intact.
Recommended Pairing
This Nam Man Prai is already a layered working and does not require another Prai artifact to function within its traditional purpose.
For business and financial matters, it pairs naturally with Chu Chok, combining the oil’s attraction and opportunity qualities with negotiation and receiving support.
A Lersi artifact can provide a stronger Kru and Baramee foundation, particularly for practitioners who maintain the oil on an altar or incorporate it into ritual practice.
For those requiring authority alongside attraction, a Suer or Baramee piece provides a complementary balance — Nam Man Prai encouraging attention and receptiveness while the stronger artifact reinforces confidence and command.
For collectors of Por Sala Tan’s lineage, however, the historical relationship may be the most important aspect of all: AC Bed’s first Nam Man Prai, created under his Kru’s direct guidance and considered significant enough that Por Sala Tan himself requested several bottles for his own altar and ritual work.
