Personal Experiences Shared by Luksits

This particular Roop Lor Lersi Serming Pai was formerly kept as one of the personal spiritual pieces carried by a luksit of Por Sala Tan.

According to his account, the piece became especially important during periods of meditation and wicha practice. On occasions when he felt the surrounding spiritual forces were particularly heavy or difficult to overcome, he would keep the Roop Lor close while carrying out his practice.

He described experiencing a stronger sense of concentration, spiritual command and authority, allowing him to remain composed and continue his wicha when circumstances became difficult.

The same quality of command was also felt in everyday situations. He associated the piece with greater decisiveness, personal authority and the ability to take control when facing obstacles or complicated circumstances.

Summary

The Roop Lor Lersi Serming Pai is an exceptionally unusual spiritual effigy associated with the wicha of Por Sala Tan. Cast from a heavy lead-based sacred alloy mixed with Parod, the figure was prepared as a vessel connected to both the spiritual presence of the Lersi and a Jinn housed within the Roop Lor.

Its construction reflects a more specialised form of spirit and Lersi wicha. The bottom of the figure was filled with Lersi relics, while old monastic robes were physically tied around the body. According to the tradition surrounding the piece, these sacred materials serve an important ritual purpose: the Lersi relics and robes establish spiritual authority over the Jinn contained within the effigy, keeping its force under the command of the Lersi wicha.

The entire figure was further hand-yanted, with sacred inscriptions individually written and worked across its surface.

Its unusual appearance, extensive ritual preparation and combination of Lersi, Jinn and relic-based wicha make this a particularly rare and distinctive piece connected with Por Sala Tan.

Lersi Serming Pai

Within traditional Thai occult practice, Lersi are revered ascetic masters associated with ancient knowledge, meditation, magical disciplines and the transmission of wicha.

Lersi-related sacred objects are consequently valued by practitioners, teachers and serious students of traditional spiritual disciplines. They are commonly associated with wisdom, concentration, mastery of knowledge and the authority required to properly exercise one's wicha.

The Lersi Serming Pai represented in this Roop Lor carries a particularly commanding appearance. The pronounced facial features, seated posture and old-style casting give the figure the character of an individually prepared ritual object.

Its purpose centres strongly upon spiritual command and mastery.

The Jinn Within the Roop Lor

An important feature of this piece is the presence of a Jinn housed within the Roop Lor.

Within the tradition surrounding the object, the Jinn provides an active spiritual force which works under the authority of the Lersi. The relationship between the two is therefore central to understanding the construction of the piece.

The Lersi represents knowledge, discipline and command, while the Jinn represents a force capable of being directed through the wicha.

For this reason, Por Sala Tan incorporated materials specifically connected with the Lersi into the effigy. These materials establish the spiritual hierarchy of the piece and maintain the Jinn under the authority of the Lersi.

Sacred Material & Ritual Construction

The main body was cast from a lead alloy mixed with Parod, producing the dense, dark metallic appearance visible across the figure.

Parod occupies a distinctive position within Thai occult traditions and has long appeared in specialised alchemical and sacred-metal practices.

The bottom of the Roop Lor was stuffed with Lersi relics, physically incorporating materials associated with the Lersi directly into the effigy.

A further important component is the aged monastic robe tied around the body. The cloth came from an old monk and was retained as a sacred material carrying the spiritual association and baramee of monastic practice.

Together, the old monk's robes and Lersi relics were incorporated to control and govern the Jinn housed within the Roop Lor.

The figure was then extensively hand-yanted. Numerous small inscriptions can be seen worked directly onto the metal, showing the individual ritual preparation given to the piece.

Traditional Blessings

The Roop Lor Lersi Serming Pai is traditionally associated with several closely connected qualities:

Amnaj & Baramee — authority, commanding presence and the ability to take control during difficult circumstances.

Wicha Support — traditionally kept by practitioners seeking support when performing spiritual disciplines or specialised wicha.

Meditation & Concentration — associated with maintaining focus, composure and mental strength during deeper practice.

Overcoming Spiritual Obstacles — used when a practitioner encounters heavy or resistant spiritual influences.

Wisdom & Direction — reflecting the traditional role of the Lersi as a master and custodian of ancient knowledge.

Spiritual Command — the defining characteristic of this particular piece, arising from the relationship between the Lersi, sacred relics and the Jinn housed within the effigy.

Physical Details

The Roop Lor depicts Lersi Serming Pai in a seated form, cast in a dark lead-based alloy mixed with Parod.

The front displays the Lersi's distinctive face and headdress, with the old robe visibly wrapped around the central body.

The reverse reveals further hand-worked details and extensive yantra inscriptions. The robe continues around the figure and remains physically tied to the Roop Lor.

The base contains the Lersi relics used during its ritual preparation.

It is currently protected within a custom silver-toned casing while leaving the unusual three-dimensional form clearly visible.

Each stage of the piece shows individual workmanship. The alloy was prepared and cast, sacred substances were inserted by hand, the old robe was individually tied around the figure, and the yantra were manually inscribed. These natural variations form part of the character of the object and make each such ritual piece individually recognisable.

Recommended Pairings

For practitioners, the Roop Lor may be paired with a Lersi amulet or Lersi-related sacred object to reinforce its association with knowledge, meditation and wicha.

A Tao Wessuwan piece may complement it where stronger guardian and protective qualities are desired.

For daily wear, a Hua Namo or Metta-based amulet can provide a complementary emphasis on personal attraction, opportunity and smooth dealings with others.

Who Is This For?

The Roop Lor Lersi Serming Pai is particularly suited to collectors of Por Sala Tan's deeper wicha pieces and practitioners with an interest in Lersi traditions, meditation and spiritual disciplines.

Its appeal lies equally in its construction. Parod mixed into the lead alloy, Lersi relics sealed within the base, an old monk's robe tied directly around the figure, a Jinn housed within the Roop Lor, and extensive hand-yantingcombine into an unusually complex ritual object.

Together with the personal history of the piece and the experiences associated with its previous luksit custodian, it represents a rare and highly individual example of Por Sala Tan's Lersi wicha.
