Summary

Ii Ngan Yant 8 Teep Kor Deang is one of the more specialized meditation-focused ngan pieces associated with Por Sala Tan’s inner circle. Unlike general carry pieces meant only for passive wearing, this piece was specifically used in meditative seneh practice where the wearer enters a calm mental state while holding the ngan directly in the hands.

The method is simple but highly respected among older practitioners. One sits in lotus or half-lotus position, focuses on the breath, and softly recites “Put Toh” internally while holding the ngan. Even short sessions were believed to gradually strengthen personal attraction, social warmth, confidence, and emotional magnetism.

Because of this, such pieces became especially popular among those working in nightlife, entertainment, sales, hospitality, social businesses, and professions requiring constant human interaction. Both men and women used these methods.

This particular piece was reportedly one of the spare reserve ngans kept by Ac Lek himself. It was occasionally used during blessings for devotees and close students. Similar forms of meditation with ngan figures can still be observed among various Cambodian and Northern Thai practitioners today.

Historical Background

Por Sala Tan had long respected Cambodian occult systems involving ngan meditation and attraction practices. Many older Khmer lineages viewed the ngan not only as a spiritual medium, but also as a symbolic representation of disciplined desire, charisma, and focused intention.

Among experienced practitioners, attraction was never viewed purely as physical beauty. It was linked to state of mind, emotional stability, confidence, speech, eye contact, and the ability to make others feel naturally drawn toward one’s presence. This is why meditation was always incorporated into stronger seneh systems.

Ac Lek himself was known to retain selected reserve pieces from older batches for personal ritual use and blessing ceremonies. According to collectors close to the lineage, this piece remained part of his personal arsenal for some time and was occasionally brought out during private blessings for devotees seeking social improvement, relationship harmony, or increased attraction in business.

I have personally seen other practitioners such as Ac Merk and Por Som use similar ngan meditation methods. The practice itself is old and still quietly maintained among experienced wiccha practitioners today.

Origins of the Materials

The main body is an old Cambodian ngan estimated to be approximately 150 years old, cast from aged samrit metal with deep natural aging across the surface. The expression, casting style, and proportions follow older Khmer ngan forms that were often made for ritual use instead of public temple distribution.

Inside the base are tid jai materials together with a coffin nail relic obtained from a guman coffin. Such materials were traditionally selected for their strong receptive and attraction-oriented energetic qualities within Khmer occult systems.

Before final assembly, the piece was soaked in NMP for more than six months. This prolonged soaking process allowed the oils and ritual compounds to gradually penetrate into the body of the ngan over time.

Additional yantra work was then inscribed during the consecration.

The front carries the Yant 8 Petal Lotus, symbolizing attraction radiating outward in all directions. In older interpretations, the lotus represents emotional openness, social warmth, admiration, and the drawing in of positive attention.

The rear carries the Yant Jao Setthi, associated with wealth accumulation, side income, social opportunities, gifts, entertainment money, and lifestyle-related prosperity.

Around the neck is the red woven scarf often referred to among practitioners as the “scarf of passion,” indicating the piece was specifically empowered toward attraction, romance, social magnetism, and emotional desire.

Ritual

The core method for this piece centers around short-form meditation.

The practitioner holds the ngan in both hands while seated calmly in lotus or half-lotus posture. Breathing is slowed naturally while internally reciting “Put Toh” repeatedly for approximately one minute or longer.

The purpose is not merely chanting. The meditation helps align emotional state, confidence, calmness, and intention together with the empowered yantra and ritual medium inside the ngan.

Experienced practitioners often say the effectiveness of attraction-based items becomes significantly stronger when combined with proper emotional control and focused mental state.

Because the meditation is brief and practical, many businesspeople and nightlife workers incorporated it quietly into their daily routines before work, social events, negotiations, or important meetings.

Blessings and Effects

This piece is traditionally associated with strong Maha Saneh and social attraction.

Wearers often report increased ease in conversations, smoother social interactions, warmer reception from others, and stronger emotional presence during meetings or nightlife situations. Many also describe feeling calmer, more confident, and more naturally expressive after consistent meditation with the piece.

The Yant Jao Setthi aspect additionally supports side wealth, social spending opportunities, entertainment income, commission-based work, customer attraction, and lifestyle-related prosperity.

Among long-term users, one commonly repeated experience is that the piece tends to generate unexpected invitations, social openings, networking opportunities, and recurring encounters with people who become important later on.

Collectors who own this ngan often describe it as one of their favorite personal pieces because of how active it feels in daily social environments.

Modern Application

In modern settings, this piece fits especially well for professionals working in sales, nightlife, hospitality, social media, entertainment, luxury retail, relationship-based businesses, customer-facing roles, and networking-heavy industries.

The short one-minute meditation method also makes it practical for modern life. Many users quietly meditate with it before entering meetings, livestreams, dates, sales appointments, or social gatherings.

It can be carried inside a pocket or bag during the day, or left respectfully on a home altar when not in use.

Because of its strong attraction-oriented nature, many experienced wearers also combine it with Baramee-oriented Buddha images or authority-based amulets to create better energetic balance.

Physical Details

The ngan measures approximately 3 inches in height.

It is made from aged samrit cast iron with natural dark patina across the surface. The front and back contain hand-inscribed yantra work added during consecration.

The base contains ritual stuffing materials together with tid jai compounds and coffin nail relic material.

The red woven neck scarf remains one of the defining visual features of the piece and signifies its passion-oriented ritual purpose.

Recommended Pairing

This piece pairs exceptionally well with Baramee-oriented items such as Prah Somdej, Prah Kring, or strong Buddha-based amulets.

The combination helps stabilize emotional state while allowing the seneh aspects of the ngan to function more smoothly in social situations.

Many experienced practitioners prefer combining attraction-based items with authority and stability-based pieces for improved balance in both business and personal life.
