This Rahu amulet was created during the total lunar eclipse of 24–25 May BE 2518, one of the most significant lunar events of the last century. The piece was intentionally made to harness eclipse energy for the cultivation of baramee, authority, and long-term wealth momentum. It combines high-grade gaduk chang material, 108 baramee herbs, pong maha amnaj powders, multiple stabilising takruts, and an embedded takrut kasathon at its core. Consecration was conducted over two nights under direct moonlight in an open rice field with Lersi participation, drawing in both lunar and earth energies.

Historical Background

BE 2518 was marked by a powerful lunar eclipse that drew the attention of many ritual masters across Thailand. Lunar eclipses have long been associated with Rahu, the celestial force linked to ambition, appetite, transformation, and worldly attainment.

Por Sala Tan selected this rare window deliberately. Eclipse rites require precise timing, mental focus, and strong containment methods due to the intensity of the energy invoked. The aim was not general blessing, but structured baramee amplification—authority that grows, stabilises, and compounds over time.

Origins of the Material

The primary body of this amulet was carved from high-grade gaduk chang sourced from a mahout in northern Thailand. This material was preserved and regarded as spiritually potent due to its age, density, and energetic weight.

Gaduk chang of this calibre carries natural baramee associated with strength, command presence, and endurance. It forms a stable vessel capable of holding eclipse-charged yantra and ritual inscriptions without energetic distortion.

On the reverse, 108 baramee herbs were layered together with pong maha amnaj powder. These were selected for authority, expansion, influence, and consolidation of status. The layering method ensures that the wearer gradually absorbs the qualities rather than experiencing unstable surges.

Ritual

The amulet underwent two consecutive nights of blessing during the eclipse window. The rites were conducted in an open rice field under direct moonlight. Several Lersis were present to assist in stabilising and directing the lunar current.

Moonlight exposure was deliberate and continuous, allowing Rahu energy to imprint onto the yantra and core structure. At the same time, the earth beneath—symbolically linked to Mae Thorani—provided grounding force. This created a vertical fusion of celestial and terrestrial currents.

Multiple takruts were inserted to regulate the yang intensity generated by eclipse charging. At the centre, a takrut kasathon was embedded to facilitate absorption of baramee into the wearer’s personal field, aligning authority with financial and career growth.
