Historical Background
Northern Lanna warfare left many unresolved deaths—commanders, foot soldiers, and oath-bound warriors whose spirits did not disperse naturally. Oral accounts from villages near former border conflict zones describe lingering martial entities formed from broken oaths, rage, and loyalty.
During a solitary meditation period near one such site, Por Sala Tan encountered multiple wandering presences tied to battlefield remains. These entities had evolved beyond ordinary prai states due to prolonged exposure to violent death, collective oath energy, and territorial attachment. Rather than dispersal, they sought structured release.
This piece was created as a single-night work to resolve that accumulation.
Origins of the Material
The primary binding medium is paneang derived from a mae prai who passed through violent death, selected for its ability to contain high-pressure entities without rupture. Surrounding relic matter was gathered directly from the area—fragmented remains, earth, and battlefield residue—compressed into a unified core.
A fully yanted lead structural frame was installed at the center, reflecting early countryside methods used before modern casings were available. This internal frame served both as reinforcement and containment, allowing the amulet to survive extended ritual compression without fracture.
Ritual
The ritual performed was a full liberation rite, not a command or enslavement working.
Por Sala Tan, together with fellow Lersi practitioners from his samnak, inserted each takrut individually while guiding the entities through release stages. As liberation progressed, the collective presence stabilized into a higher operational state, described as jinn-level function rather than restless prai.
The image of Prah Piyu was formed to reflect this elevation—no longer wandering or aggressive, but seated, restrained, and task-oriented. The entire process took one uninterrupted night to complete and was never repeated.
Blessings and Effects
The amulet operates through pressure dominance rather than attraction.
Effects include:
-
Suppression of hostile intent from competitors and back-stabbers
-
Psychological and situational advantage in confrontational environments
-
Authority reinforcement during negotiations and decision-heavy encounters
-
Environmental protection during periods of sustained professional conflict
The piece responds to discipline and resolve; it does not amplify indecision or vanity.
Modern Application
Used today for corporate and professional battles—contract pursuits, internal power struggles, competitive industries, and environments where unseen resistance or human obstruction is persistent.
It is suited for individuals operating under constant scrutiny, rivalry, or political pressure, where steady dominance and silent deterrence are required.
