Summary

This altar-grade tiger relic carries a documented lineage exceeding 150 years. It was inherited through a master-disciple line connected to Por Sala Tan and traces back to one of his senior masters, who was a direct spiritual disciple of Bo Min Aung of Mount Popa. The piece embodies commanding baramee—an authority-based spiritual presence that evokes instinctive respect and restraint. Measuring approximately 8 inches, it was created for altar placement and long-term ritual use rather than personal carrying.

Historical Background

The relic originated from a lineage associated with the Mount Popa Nat tradition in Burma, specifically connected to Bo Min Aung, regarded as one of the five principal Nats of Mount Popa. The master who held this relic was a direct disciple within that lineage and later became one of Por Sala Tan’s teachers.

After passing through several hands within this closed spiritual line, the piece eventually entered Por Sala Tan’s residence, where it remained for decades. Its presence was known, but over time, many older artifacts in the house were no longer actively catalogued. During one of my visits—where I was given freedom to explore older storage areas within the house—the relic was rediscovered in an unassuming location among other forgotten ritual objects.

Origins of the Material

The exact material composition has never been formally identified. Based on texture, density, age, and energetic response, it is estimated by experienced practitioners to be derived from one of the following relic categories traditionally associated with authority-based wiccha:

  • relics associated with high-ranking forest entities (chang, suer, moo tong deang)

  • relic-grade Suer materials used in ancestral Burmese and Northern lineages

  • rare legacy materials reserved for altar guardians and command objects

Regardless of material classification, the defining characteristic of this piece is its baramee. The energy it carries is not aggressive but commanding—eliciting restraint, respect, and alignment from surrounding influences.

Ritual Use and Function

Historically, this relic was placed on an altar and used as a central authority anchor during ritual work. Multiple batches of attraction and wealth oils were prepared using this piece as the energetic source, as the tiger’s aura—when correctly invoked—extends beyond dominance into structured seneh and wealth-drawing influence.

The wooden storage box accompanying the relic was personally commissioned by Por Sala Tan more than 60 years ago. The yantric inscriptions inside the box were handwritten during his earlier years and preserved by Ac Lek. These inscriptions were not decorative; they functioned as containment, alignment, and preservation scripts to stabilize the relic when not actively deployed.

Blessings and Effects

This relic confers blessings centered on authority, support, and sustainable prosperity. Documented effects include:

  • Increased baramee within family and professional environments

  • Access to new opportunities without forced pursuit

  • The appearance of benefactors, backers, and supportive figures in business or career

  • Enhanced wealth stability rather than short-term gain

  • Protective influence over household and lineage

The tiger’s energy does not create chaos or dominance over others. Instead, it positions the owner in roles where respect is naturally granted and assistance arises organically.

Modern Application

In contemporary use, this relic is best placed on a dedicated altar within a home or business environment. It supports individuals in leadership, entrepreneurship, or decision-making roles where credibility and backing are essential. The energy is particularly aligned with those seeking long-term career growth, business expansion, or stable patronage rather than speculative or high-risk pursuits.

Physical Details

  • Approximate length: 8 inches

  • Configuration: reclining tiger form on an elongated base

  • Accompanied by an original wooden storage box

  • Internal yantric inscriptions handwritten by Por Sala Tan

  • Condition consistent with age and prolonged altar use

Recommended Pairing

Pairing is not required for functionality. The relic operates independently and is complete in its energetic structure. For those who wish to refine its expression, pairing with a metta- or seneh-oriented altar item may soften personal projection while retaining authority, particularly for individuals whose natural energy is already strong or intense.
