Barang Spirit Based Item

Rak Yong in the classical Thai tradition refers to paired child-spirits carved from the roots of rak (รัก) and yorm (ยม) trees, prepared through intricate rituals and submerged in perfumed oil. Their primary functions are metta, protection, and household assistance. This cultural foundation is deeply rooted in Thai folk belief, where child spirits are considered obedient, direct, and effective intermediaries for daily needs.

Por Sala Tan’s practice, however, diverges sharply from the temple-based tradition. His Rak Yong follows the structural principle of child-spirit companionship but is created through yin-oriented, liberation-based methods rather than incantation alone. Instead of carved figures and sandalwood oil, Por Sala Tan’s preparation uses Guman essence, NMP, and charged materials gathered through fieldwork.

Historical Background

Classical Rak-Yom derives from ritual processes involving:

  • Roots of rak and yorm trees

  • Early-morning harvesting with strict silence

  • Spirit invocation of Rattakumarn and Yomka Kumarn

  • Immersion in oil after activation signs appear

Por Sala Tan retained the underlying philosophy—child spirits as obedient companions—while shifting entirely to the occult liberation model. His Rak Yong bottles are not carved figures but vessels containing:

  • Guman components

  • NMP (Nam Man Prai)

  • Liberated spiritual residue

  • Bindings and seals from grave or cave sites

The purpose is not household assistance, as in classical Rak-Yom, but targeted influence in human affairs—particularly wealth, sales, and social magnetism (mahaniyom / mahaseneh).

Blessings and Effects

Por Sala Tan’s Rak Yong is functionally distinct from temple-style versions. The effects consistently reported by long-time followers include:

  1. Lottery and Opportunistic Wealth
The yin composition and Guman NMP create strong responsiveness in luck that arises from timing, chance, and unexpected openings.

  2. Sales and Business Momentum
Wearers often describe improved customer flow, easier client conversations, and fewer obstructions in negotiations.

  3. Metta Mahaniyom (Popularity and Social Reception)
Unlike normal metta oil, these pieces enhance one’s presence in environments requiring attention, recognition, or support from others.

  4. Fast Response to Intentions
Yin-based items react quickly when the goal involves interpersonal interaction, attraction, or commercial engagement.

Compared to temple-lineage Rak-Yom, which focuses on protection and household guardianship, Por Sala Tan’s version is tuned to external influence rather than internal stability.

Materials

The materials inside Por Sala Tan’s Rak Yong typically include:

  • Guman-derived NMP

  • Small bone or organic relics from liberation rites

  • Oil mixtures charged during night ceremonies

  • Burial-site or cave-site attachments depending on the case

  • Sealants, waxes, or powders used in his early occult work

Everything is contained in a glass bottle and often framed later in silver by devotees.

These components align with his lifelong preference for hard-to-obtain yin materials and small-batch consecrations, ensuring stronger spiritual density than standard oil amulets.

Usage in Modern Life

Por Sala Tan’s Rak Yong is not designed for household ritual upkeep as in the classical tradition. Instead, it is effective in:

  • Increasing customer trust and receptiveness

  • Attracting opportunities for wealth generation

  • Enhancing charisma in work environments

  • Supporting sales professionals, business owners, and negotiators

  • Providing a “magnetic effect” when interacting with new clients or communities

Many collectors use these bottles alongside seneh items, with noticeable amplification.
