Deity / Master

This image represents Lersi Narod, one of the forest hermit sages in ancient Thai and Lanna spiritual traditions. The Lersi (Rishi) are regarded as teachers of wiccha, guardians of higher knowledge, and protectors of those pursuing meditation and mastery. Lersi Narod in particular symbolizes inner awakening, clear sight, and mastery over illusion—a guide for those seeking wisdom and stability in their spiritual path.

Historical Background

Por Sala Tan’s practice involved direct communication with sacred entities through deep meditation. For special carvings such as this, he would first gather relic materials from ancient masters and temple ruins, then enter trance to connect with whichever enlightened presence appeared. That spirit would then co-consecrate the material with him, charging it before the carving was made. Only after the energy was fully stabilized would he physically shape the image—so the spiritual imprint pre-exists the carving itself.

This process follows the old northern wiccha tradition where relics serve as living conduits of awakened consciousness, and the carving becomes a vessel for that consciousness to anchor in the material world.

Blessings and Effects

This Lersi Narod carries the qualities of clarity, discipline, foresight, and protection. It aids practitioners in strengthening concentration and discernment, especially when making life decisions or engaging in ritual work. Those who meditate with it often experience heightened intuition, vivid dreams, and improved stability during inner practice.
Because of its co-consecrated nature, the piece also acts as a spiritual advisor, guiding the owner toward wise choices and shielding them from deceptive influences—whether human or unseen.

Materials

The body is carved from a sacred relic-based composite incorporating remnants of old gaduk relics, temple earth, and herb ash collected from former masters’ altars. Real hair relics and sacred thread (sai sin) are wrapped around the figure, symbolizing the link between the living and the enlightened dead. A single takrut inserted below the base serves as the energetic anchor, containing the mantra seals used during meditation.

Usage in Modern Life

This Lersi Narod is best suited for practitioners, business owners, and spiritual learners who require strong judgment, insight, and emotional control. Keeping it on one’s altar or wearing it during decision-making rituals enhances clarity and inner voice connection.
It also harmonizes with other spiritual tools or relics, amplifying their baramee without conflict, as the Lersi’s energy is neutral, wise, and guiding by nature.
