This Keow Suer Graden is a sacred tiger relic personally used by Por Sala Tan and his closest disciples during forest and cave retreats. It was kept within a sealed box beside his main altar, regarded as a spiritual armory containing immense protective energy.
The relic embodies the essence of five tigers, each representing one of the five directions of power in traditional wiccha—north, south, east, west, and center. The material surrounding it is known as Nur Jai Suer, the heart essence of tiger spirits, used to bind the spiritual vitality of the five beasts into a single relic. The density, texture, and scent of the compound are clear indicators of Por Sala Tan’s authentic ritual method.
Within this box, many masters have come to borrow this piece, seeking its blessing and strength before embarking on their own spiritual work. Among them were Por Tan Suksabai, Arjan Bed, Kruba Pon, and Kruba Lek Jampean, along with other respected northern and southern teachers. These masters carried the relic with them when entering deep meditation in caves or during ceremonies involving tiger spirits and guardian deities.
The Keow Suer Graden holds a distinct energy—primal, commanding, and alert. It acts as a protector of sacred spaces, capable of subduing harmful entities and shielding the owner from danger. When carried or placed near the altar, it emanates a commanding aura that enhances one’s personal influence and spiritual authority.
