This amulet is a gaduk pii relic created by Por Sala Tan, housing the essence of Nong Bua (“Little Lotus”), a young village girl who died a violent and unfinished death, becoming a Pii Tai Hong.

Historical Background

Nong Bua was known in her village for climbing steep cliffs to collect wild honey. During one of these climbs, she tragically fell and lost her life. Because her death came before her time and her desires were left incomplete, her spirit returned as a Pii Tai Hong.

For years she haunted the cliffs where she perished, troubling passers-by and even monks traveling between villages. The site became notorious for accidents and disturbances until Por Sala Tan encountered it. Recognizing her unrest, he performed liberation rites, transforming her restless energy into a blessing force.
