This Prai Kasip originates from Por Sala Tan, carved from an ancient gaduk relic that had been buried deep in a swamp for many decades. The texture and aging suggest that the relic may have rested below water for hundreds of years, absorbing the essence of the environment. In Thai esoteric understanding, relics that remain submerged often embody the water element—associated with compassion, intuition, fluidity, and unseen spiritual currents.

Historical and Spiritual Context

The relic itself came from a lineage tied to an old master, once a practitioner of advanced wicha. Over time, the burial and natural transformation of the material gave it the ability to house spiritual beings. In this case, the piece holds a water-element jinn, one of the rarest forms associated with prai kasip. These are not modern commercial imitations that rely on oils or symbolic substitutes; they are direct vessels that carry actual spiritual essence.

Symbolism of Na Ma Pa Ta

In Thai spiritual practice, the mantra Na Ma Pa Ta reflects the four elements: water, earth, fire, and wind. For this relic, the water element is strongest, harmonizing with its history beneath the swamp. The water element strengthens qualities of kindness, adaptability, inner clarity, and psychic sensitivity.

Function and Blessings

As a Prai Kasip, this piece is known as the “ghost whisperer.” Its blessings include:

  • Sixth Sense – heightening intuition and inner perception, aiding in decision-making in business, sales, and negotiations.

  • Foresight – some owners report guidance in chance-based ventures, including lottery insights.

  • Meditative Support – deepens practice for those who cultivate mindfulness or esoteric meditation, helping connect with subtle realms.

  • Guidance Spirit – the jinn acts not as a restless ghost, but as an active intelligence that offers direction and insight.

Legacy

Original Prai Kasip of this form are limited and increasingly difficult to find. Por Sala Tan’s works remain highly regarded, and pieces like this—crafted from relics with true elemental essence—stand apart from later commercialized versions. This amulet carries not only protective and intuitive power but also the historical weight of a relic naturally aligned to the water element.
