This piece by Por Sala Tan is a finely carved Phra Pikanet (Lord Ganesha) on Keow Mii, a sacred and rare material traditionally used in Lanna and animist practices. In Thai and Southeast Asian traditions, Ganesha is venerated as the remover of obstacles, the patron of wisdom, knowledge, and arts, and a deity who brings prosperity and success.

When carved onto Keow Mii, the blessings of Ganesha are reinforced by the strong animist energy of the material—long associated with strength, authority, and protection.

The amulet carries dual blessings. From Ganesha, the wearer receives the power to clear blockages in life, attract fortune, and gain inspiration in business, studies, or creative pursuits. From the Keow Mii material, the piece conveys invulnerability (kong grapan), authority (maha amnaj), and safe passage through dangers (klaew klaad).

Together, they create a powerful talisman for those navigating high-pressure environments—entrepreneurs, leaders, or anyone facing challenges that demand both protection and wisdom.

Por Sala Tan chose Keow Mii not only for its rarity but also for its ability to anchor spiritual force. His carving work and ritual harmonisation ensure that the amulet is balanced—its blessings remain controlled, channelled, and responsive to its owner.

The silver casing preserves the piece for long-term use, allowing it to serve as both a protective charm and a symbol of status.

This amulet represents the union of divine wisdom and primal strength. It is not only a piece of artistry but also a living ritual object meant to empower its keeper with resilience, prosperity, and clear guidance in overcoming life’s obstacles.
