This Ngan amulet by Por Sala Tan, measuring just 1" in size, reflects a distinctly Cambodian style and origin. It was created during a ceremony in Isaan, close to the Cambodian border, where Por Sala Tan joined several Cambodian arjans in a collaborative consecration. At that event, relics of a Cambodian mae spirit were introduced, and she was ritually consecrated to lend her power of seneh (attraction, charm) and wish-granting ability to those who would later carry the piece.

As part of the ritual, the mae herself was invoked and vowed to assist 29 men and women who would become her devotees. To seal this promise, a small portion of her paneang was attached to each amulet. Por Sala Tan then applied his signature Nam Man Prai (NMP) to harmonize and awaken the energy further. Over time, unusual waxy relic growths appeared on several pieces—interpreted by the participating masters as the mae’s essence continuing to manifest tangibly on the amulets.

The construction follows the traditional wrapping style, with the piece bound in ritual wire before later being encased in protective plastic for safekeeping. Its blessings are directed towards personal attraction, strong seneh influence, financial gain, and wish fulfillment, while also offering the wearer the guidance and presence of the mae spirit herself. Collectors and devotees regard these as highly charged artifacts, rare for their cross-border lineage and the direct participation of both Thai and Cambodian masters in their making.
