Among the works of Por Sala Tan, certain amulets were created not only for lay devotees but also as principal pieces intended for other masters, or Arjans. These are known as the “generals,” designed to be distributed to practitioners who had the responsibility of guiding both people and spirits. The philosophy was clear: a master’s power alone had limited reach, but when distributed among capable hands, the blessings and assistance extended further to humanity and to restless spirits seeking liberation.

This particular pim belongs to that category, marking it as a higher-order work within Por Sala Tan’s collection. It reflects his view of wicha as a collective effort rather than an individual one, strengthening the role of teachers and practitioners around him.

Unique Construction and Relics

The most distinctive feature of this piece is the jing jok relic placed within the back. Unlike ordinary symbolism, this relic comes from a physically dominant jing jok, a form regarded in local mysticism as a sign of victory and command. Such relics are associated with triumph, authority, and the ability to inspire recognition. The symbolism of a flag in the mouth further reinforces its martial and victorious qualities, signifying leadership and respect.

Alongside the jing jok relic, relics of Sivali were also embedded. Sivali, known throughout the Buddhist world as the monk of fortune and progress, balances the commanding energy of the jing jok by ensuring advancement in career, social status, and wealth. Together, these elements create a dual force: authority through victory and steady movement toward success.

Mystical Purpose

The amulet was harmonized with a handwritten yant sheet, inscribed and inserted by Por Sala Tan himself to align the different spiritual currents. This ensures that the commanding nature of the jing jok, the prosperity of Sivali, and the protective blessings are unified rather than conflicting.

Such pieces were not mass-distributed. They were entrusted to selected Arjans whom Por Sala Tan considered capable of bearing the responsibility. For this reason, the pim is not only rare but also carries symbolic weight as a tool of empowerment for leaders and practitioners.

Practical Blessings

For modern holders, this amulet extends beyond its original role. Its blessings translate into:

  • Recognition in one’s field – fostering fame and acknowledgment of one’s work.

  • Authority and respect – the natural command to be listened to and followed.

  • Progress and prosperity – momentum in career or enterprise, supported by Sivali’s baramee.

  • Victory over obstacles – dominance in situations of competition or conflict.

In summary, this pim represents one of the pillars of Por Sala Tan’s legacy, merging rare relics and profound intent. It is not only a collector’s treasure but also a working tool for anyone seeking advancement, recognition, and the spiritual authority to guide others.
