Por Sala Tan

The Payakaokam Si Teap is a rare and powerful form of Phra Payakaokam, representing an avatar of Lord Indra in a benevolent, romantic manifestation. This form is depicted with four celestial angels, each conferring a unique blessing to the devotee:

• Metta / Seneh – to attract love, kindness, and personal charm.

• Anti–Backstabbers – to ward off betrayal, deceit, and hidden enemies.

• Protection – to shield from dangers, spirits, and misfortune.

• Wealth – to open pathways for business, opportunities, and material prosperity.

This makes Si Teap one of the most complete avatars of Payakaokam, uniting spiritual charisma, defensive power, and worldly fortune into a single talisman.

Materials and Provenance

This piece is carved from Nga Chang Boran (ancient relic), a sacred material long treasured in Southeast Asian occult traditions for its natural indwelling potency. Por Sala Tan inherited this material directly from past masters, with whom he spent decades exchanging knowledge and sacred objects.

He kept an entire luggage of such relic materials—accumulated through meetings with thousands of Arjans and Lersis—ensuring a reservoir of authentic sources for his work.

The material itself had already been through over a hundred consecrations across generations before reaching Por Sala Tan. For this specific piece, his role was to harmonise and awaken it for direct use. He integrated two takruts, Burmese wax, and 108 herbs, binding the spiritual forces into balance and empowering it with baramee (accumulated spiritual merit).

Blessing and Function

Unlike many talismans that require prolonged ceremonies, this Payakaokam Si Teap needed only a day’s blessing by Por Sala Tan, as the relic material already carried immense consecrated energy. With final empowerment, the amulet was ready to wear, transmitting its full range of blessings to the devotee.
