Crafted during Por Sala Tan’s visit to Laos, this Naga Tarkrut is made from relic material collected along the Mekong River. Each year during the monsoon, large mammals such as buffalo occasionally drown while drinking from the river. In the dry season, when the tides recede, their remains become accessible. Masters, including Por Sala Tan, gather these relics to create naga-themed talismans and tarkruts.

The Naga Tarkrut is renowned for its blessings in sales, business success, protection from harm, and the dispelling of bad omens. It is also regarded for its ability to help individuals facing legal disputes or authority-related challenges. While it has been favoured in certain circles, Por Sala Tan clearly stated that it is intended for positive, life-bettering purposes. It may assist once or twice in avoiding trouble, but wrongdoing inevitably meets the consequences of law and karma.
