This piece is a rare and highly specific creation by Por Sala Tan, made in direct remembrance of a Lersi master whose life work was singularly focused on ngan (spirit) blessings and consecrations. The Lersi, during his lifetime, was known for his extraordinary ability to control and communicate with wild animals—especially members of the feline family—an uncommon mastery in the animist and wiccha traditions. He did not involve himself in other branches of wiccha; his sole domain was the art, ritual, and empowerment of ngans.

After the Lersi’s passing, Por Sala Tan obtained a relic bone from his remains and used it as the central sacred material in this amulet. The design incorporates his image in meditation beside a great feline, symbolising both his spiritual authority and his affinity with animal spirits. Only seven pieces were ever made, underscoring its rarity and ceremonial importance.
