This is a Paneang Kang crafted by Por Sala Tan, using only the pure relic material of a highly advanced Lersi—one who had reached profound levels of samādhi (meditative absorption) during his lifetime. The relics used are not symbolic but literal paneang fragments containing the spiritual residue of deep, focused meditation, passed on from a lineage of Lersi practitioners.
The front shows the Lersi seated atop a tiger, representing complete mastery over wild karmic impulses and spiritual trials. The rear is constructed with relic fragments, takruts, and a Lersi figure embedded in a spiritually arranged field—designed to preserve and channel the Lersi’s intent.
Spiritual Function
Por Sala Tan made this focused strictly on guidance and decision-making—serving those who:
-
Seek clarity under pressure
-
Are navigating moral or spiritual dilemmas
-
Require a non-emotional, dhammic path through uncertainty
-
Want to anchor their thoughts in stillness before action
The Lersi’s Legacy
This particular Lersi, whose relics fuel the piece, was known to be summoned to ceremonies via telepathy—a skill many doubt until meeting masters who truly carry this faculty. Por Sala Tan himself, as well as Por Tan, are examples of such individuals who operate through non-verbal spiritual communication—not imagination, but calibrated intentional focus.
