Lersi Amulet by Por Sala Tan

This Lersi amulet was commissioned by Por Sala Tan for both dedicated luksits (students) and lay practitioners seeking guidance, clarity, and spiritual advancement. Construction and Relics
-
Mai Payoom: Known for its hardness and durability, this wood is highly revered in amulet crafting for its ability to hold spiritual energy. Por Sala Tan remarked that this is among the finest carvings he has seen on this material.
-
Lead Base with Yant: Por Sala Tan personally inscribed protective and guiding yants on a lead sheet sealed within the base.
-
Relics of 8 Lersis: Inside the base are ashes and fragments from the cremations of eight Lersis with whom Por Sala Tan shared spiritual lineage.
-
Hair Relics: Hairs of these Lersis, considered highly sacred, are included. In traditional understanding, hair absorbs and channels the meditative energy and boon of the master during their lifetime, making it one of the most potent relics.
Blessing Ceremonies
The consecration process extended over three years, with rituals performed in eight different caves, each representing a sacred realm for meditation and energy transfer. Por Sala Tan led all ceremonies, infusing each piece with baramee (spiritual authority) and the collective blessings of the Lersis’ lineage.
