The “Flying Nail” of Por Sala Tan – Lersi Bone Relic in Steel Case

Batch of 9 Pieces | Not for Commercial Release | Relic of Necromantic Lersi

Overview: A Spiritual Tool, Not Just a Talisman

This piece is a rare artifact crafted by Por Sala Tan, made from the bone relic of a powerful Lersi (hermit-sage) who was deeply versed in the art of necromancy. Known among local circles to have lived well past the age of 110, this Lersi had spent decades cultivating inner power, commanding wandering spirits not out of ego, but to direct them towards acts of merit.

Por Sala Tan encountered this Lersi many times over the years. After his passing, Por Sala Tan respectfully collected a portion of the remains, believing such a relic should not be left to decay but instead be transformed into a functional spiritual object. The result: a "flying nail"—not in the Hollywood horror sense, but in the esoteric Thai wicha context.

What Is a “Flying Nail”? (Mai Lep or Mai Bin)

In Southeast Asian occult tradition, a "flying nail" refers to an object imbued with the ability to 'travel' or interact with unseen realms, typically used to capture or communicate with spirits. It can:

  • Draw spiritual entities to assist the user in everyday life—business, safety, relationships

  • Serve as an energetic extension of the wearer, enhancing their ability to attract attention or receive help

  • Protect against ill-intentioned spirits by commanding authority over the astral field

This item is not haunted—there are no spirits bound inside it. Instead, the aura of the original Lersi, and the countless spiritual forces he once worked with, still resonate through the bone.

Sacred Construction: Materials and Case

  • Core Relic: The piece is crafted directly from the leg bone of the deceased Lersi, still retaining natural mineralization and aged texture. The condition of the bone shows spiritual age and absorption over time.

  • Encasement: Each piece was placed into a solid steel casing that was prepared and sealed by Por Sala Tan himself. The engravings reflect protective yantra patterns, drawing from traditional Lanna and Burmese motifs.

  • Quantity: Only 9 pieces were made. These were never for public sale and were kept within Por Sala Tan’s circle of closest students and devotees.

Usage and Practical Benefits

For modern practitioners, this is not merely a collector's relic, but an active working tool. The flying nail can:

  • Draw beneficial unseen entities to assist in:

    • Sales

    • Business negotiation

    • Avoiding danger

    • Spiritual protection in travel or urban environments

  • Help in ritual anchoring—when used during chanting or prayer, it may enhance focus or facilitate subtle energy perception

  • For sensitive users, the feeling of a ‘presence’ or unseen help is not uncommon, particularly in moments of difficulty

The spirits that may be drawn are wandering souls—not demonic in nature—and they will disperse once the wearer returns home, as per the energetic rules laid down by Por Sala Tan’s consecration.

Restrictions & Cautions

  • Do not bring to Taoist temples, as energy conflicts may occur.

  • It is not to be used for harming others or commanding spirits for selfish or harmful ends.

  • Wearing it above the waist is preferable during spiritual practice, and below the waist when traveling through unknown or energetically heavy places.
