🔥 A Glimpse Into the Early Days of Por Sala Tan

This piece belongs to the early phase of Por Sala Tan's spiritual journey, a time when he was deep in trance-work and rarely documented his process. The energy during this period was raw—almost wild—with pieces often being chanted under forest influence, spontaneous possession, or deep meditative trance.

This particular Ma Sek Nang—depicting a spirited steed in motion—is one such artifact. No formal record was passed down to Arjan Lek, as was typical of Por Sala Tan's work in his early days. However, what is known from direct disciples is that these were created using 108 bone relic ashes, many of which were collected during his solitary travels through cremation sites and abandoned wats.

✍️ Vague Yet Powerful: The Yants of Trance

Unlike his later pieces where yants are precise and ordered, this piece shows trance-drawn yants, applied while under meditative possession. The markings are faint—almost as if written with the hand of another realm—but carry weight. These are not ornamental yants, they are raw conduits of spiritual force.

On the reverse, multiple copper takruts are embedded directly into the relic base—a rare inclusion in these early works and meant to lock the energy in, preventing the piece from becoming too volatile for the average bearer.
