This is no ordinary palakid.
It is a natural phenomenon turned sacred object — found embedded in the trunk of a jungle tree during one of Por Sala Tan’s herb-gathering journeys. While moving through deep forest terrain, he stumbled upon a natural formation of Nga Chang (elephant ivory-like root) that mimicked the unmistakable curvature of a palakid.

Recognizing its significance immediately, he extracted it with ceremony and began the process of ritual transformation.

What makes this “Graden” (wildborn) palakid so powerful is its untouched, unshaped origin — a sacred shape formed not by human hand, but by nature herself. Por Sala Tan believed such objects were “signs from the Devas and Lersi” — and in this case, a message from the Shivate lineage.

To elevate this piece further, he inscribed a Brahmin-based Baramee Yant on a hand-cut sacred yantra sheet and affixed it to the rear of the palakid. This yant is a blend of Shaivite warrior blessings — drawn from ancient scriptures — and designed to carry out one central instruction:

“Destroy evil. Cut through delusion. Dismantle darkness.”

This Palakid is not solely for sexual metta, as many palakids are known for.
Instead, it carries the energy of destruction for protection — a concept well understood in Shaivite traditions, where Lord Shiva is both the destroyer of evil and liberator of the self.
