Symbolism: Harmony of Yin & Yang

• The Yoni (feminine) and Lingam (masculine) symbols work together to balance charm with confidence, receptivity with assertiveness. Their union is understood as the complete cosmic dynamic of attraction and influence — ideal for those looking to command both soft and persuasive energy.

Rear Composition: Paneang Relic, Takruts, and Pong Ngan

The rear of the amulet contains three major components, each chosen for specific energetic purposes:

• Paneang Relic: Sourced from the remains of a spirit known for intense saneh (magnetic charm and seduction), this relic forms the energetic heart of the piece. The spirit associated with the Paneang has been ritually uplifted and continues to aid the wearer when properly respected.

• Takruts (Scroll Charms):

  • One takrut is inserted to stabilize and harmonize the spirit, ensuring peaceful coexistence.

  • Additional takruts are dedicated to attraction, affection, and persuasive charm — written in sacred script, often using Khmer or Lanna-based invocations.

• Pong Ngan: A rare spiritual element, this is not a powder but a cast figure representing the male spiritual archetype of attraction and assertiveness. Pong Ngan is traditionally used to increase potency in charm, particularly in areas of romantic attention, confidence in speech, and magnetic personal energy. It is especially sought after in Burmese and Northern Thai esoteric traditions, where such figures are rarely made and carefully consecrated.

Empowerment Process

As with many of Por Sala Tan’s spirit-based amulets, this piece was consecrated over multiple evenings. The master used daily mantra chanting, spirit invocation rituals, and offerings to ensure that both the symbolic and spirit components were spiritually aligned and ritually active.

Only a handful of such amulets are known to exist from this batch, due to the difficulty in sourcing the materials and the time required to respectfully work with the residing spirits.
