For those of you who have been following my cave series videos, you’ve seen firsthand one of the sacred caves where Por Sala Tan and many other great masters have gone to cultivate their mind and power.

But truth be told—that cave is just the beginning.

There are many other hidden caves far deeper into the forest. Some of these areas are so inaccessible that even as someone who hikes in Nepal and mountainous regions regularly, I couldn't reach them. The paths are overgrown, unmarked, and dangerous, and only locals or true luksits of Por Sala Tan such as Arjan Lek and Arjan Ji continue these treks to maintain the meditative lineage.

The Long Journey of This Lek Lai

During one of our earlier trips into the cave, we managed to extract a batch of Lek Lai. At the time, I was thrilled to bring one home—but as many of you know, Lek Lai isn't just picked and used.

A specific ritual had to be done—one that requires raw jungle honey, not just any store-bought kind. It had to be naturally sourced from deep forest bees, a very specific strain found only in remote parts of the North.

Now here’s the twist:
In the North, things move slowly, patiently, humbly. And that’s why it took three full years for Arjan Lek and Arjan Ji to obtain the right honey and complete the ritual properly.
