This piece is crafted from the skin relic of a chang 🐘 whose final days were nothing short of mysterious and sacred.

In a remote forest clearing, a powerful chang began to behave strangely — it cleared an area of over 10 metres, toppling every tree except one. Then, without command or reason, it bowed daily to that tree, refusing food, drink, or movement. For 30 days, it remained in that state — calm, focused, and unwavering — until it passed peacefully.

At first, the mahoot (caretaker) believed the chang had lost its mind. But grief turned to deeper mystery when, over the next three nights, he dreamed of a woman with no feet, standing at the base of the same tree. On the fourth night, she appeared to him while he was awake, just after midnight.

Shaken, he sought the help of Por Sala Tan.

Por Sala Tan meditated briefly at the site and understood immediately: the tree housed the presence of a Lersi with an elephant head — a being of profound wisdom, karma, and spiritual clarity. The chang, with spiritual sensitivity far beyond humans, had sensed and devoted its final days to venerating the Lersi essence resting within the tree.

The Creation of the Relic
Por Sala Tan, after pacifying and sealing the site, took great care in retrieving select relics from the chang’s remains. Among them, this skin relic was chosen for its strength in memory and devotion — ideal for spiritual anchoring.

Unlike larger relic pieces, this one is small and easily portable, designed for discreet yet potent daily use.

To bind the energy, Por Sala Tan used:

A central lead wrap, made from the melted tether used to bind the chang in life — symbolically releasing it in spirit

Personal handwritten yantras (yants) to aid in decision-making, resist confusion, and attract path-aligned success
