This unique Wa Tanoo—named “Talapad Daeng” is a personal, one-off creation by Por Sala Tan, crafted quietly during his retreat time, using materials of exceptional origin and deep baramee lineage.
The Heart of the Amulet – Kruba Setthi’s Nga Chang Talapad
At the core of this Wa Tanoo lies the Nga Chang from the personal talapad (blessing stick) of Kruba Setthi, a direct disciple of Kruba Srivichai, the saintly reformer monk of Northern Thailand.
This stick, according to records from Kruba Setthi's lineage, was once used during a ceremonial procession involving Kruba Srivichai himself—infusing it with generational merit, devotion, and spiritual presence.
Can you imagine the weight of blessings stored in an object that passed through the hands of both teacher and student in ritual? That exact nga chang, now transformed, lives on as the protective heart of this Wa Tanoo.
Material Composition
Nga Chang from Kruba Setthi’s talapad
Core Relic: Ancient Wa Tanoo that was struck by lightning – a rare spiritual event marking high charge and transformation
Herbs & Soils: Sacred mixtures from Thai and Burmese mountains, known for aggression against spiritual interference
Painted in Red: Dyed using Burmese crimson herbal resin to amplify vibrancy and active power
Sealed with Lead Takrut: Defends the wearer from betrayal, envy, and unspoken malice – lead being the traditional material for absorbing energetic poison
Function and Power
This is not a passive charm. The Talapad Daeng Wa Tanoo operates on active spiritual defense with reactive karma reversal properties:
🛡️ Protects from backstabbers and energy leeches
🔄 Reflects harmful gossip, envy, and hexes—2X back to sender
💢 Automatically activates during spiritual threats, no chanting required
⚔️ Energetically stings those with ill intent, causing them to back off or self-reveal
The inclusion of a lightning-struck Wa Tanoo relic gives this piece unusual spiritual electricity—a spark of divine judgment. It’s not just a ward; it’s a return mirror.
Size and Presence
At just 1.5 inches, this piece is compact but majestic in form. The red hue and hand-finishing give it a striking visual that commands respect while maintaining sacred subtlety.
