Por Sala Tan frequently enters deep caves across Thailand and Cambodia for meditation — locations traditionally chosen by hermits (Lersis) for spiritual cultivation. In these places, it is not uncommon for him to encounter traces of departed Lersis who have completed their path and reached Nirvana. While their physical forms are gone, their essence often lingers, especially in locations where they passed away during deep samadhi.

Rather than leave such rare energy behind, Por Sala Tan carefully collects a small fragment — usually no larger than 0.5 cm, known as a paneang relic. These are never taken casually or for commercial intent. They are used only when the materials, timing, and intention align properly for creating an item of value to serious practitioners.

In this case, he moulded a Hua Lersi Narod — the head of a Lersi — symbolizing wisdom, spiritual guidance, and inner discipline. The paneang relic is embedded on the back of the amulet, supported by consecrated cave soil, phayant fragments, and takruts to stabilize and balance the energy matrix. Each element was chosen not for show but for function — to ground the Lersi’s essence and ensure controlled, usable energy output.
