This is the final Seneh Oil batch made by Por Sala Tan. Unlike the earlier Five Spirit Oil, whose materials had already been exhausted, this later batch was created from a distinct material connected to a woman known by the nickname Nang Faa—“Angel.”

Summary

A rare, late-period Seneh Oil from Por Sala Tan, prepared for metta, attraction, confidence, and emotional connection. It was traditionally favoured by women from PST’s own community who travelled into the city to seek work, opportunities, and love.

Historical Background

Por Sala Tan was known for preparing ritual oils and phayant according to the old northern lay-master tradition. This batch belongs to the final period of his Seneh Oil preparation, after the original Five Spirit Oil had long been fully used.

Origins of the Materials

The oil is prepared from a blend of traditional herbs and floral oils, with a trace ritual ingredient connected to Nang Faa. Her passing was a tragic one, and PST’s intention was to extend compassion and ensure she received proper rites.

PST’s son—now an Arjan himself—was entrusted with retrieving her body and assisting in the ritual process.

Ritual

The materials were prepared and consecrated by PST through his own ritual method. Rather than being simply a fragrance oil, it was made as a traditional nam man seneh: an oil intended to carry metta, personal charm, and the ability to draw favourable attention.

Apply a very small amount on yourself, or on personal items you carry daily, such as a wallet, bag, or phayant. As long as the item remains with you, it is traditionally believed to continue supporting the oil’s intention.
