This finely crafted piece from Luang Phor Derm is made from nga chang, portraying a serene Buddha image intended for the cultivation of baramee (spiritual prestige and moral authority). The front depicts the Buddha in deep meditative composure, a form associated with stability, guidance, and the steady accumulation of virtue.

The reverse presents a rare goat carving (pim), a highly distinctive and sought-after feature in Luang Phor Derm’s work. In Thai spiritual and symbolic tradition, the goat represents progress, tireless perseverance, and an unyielding will to succeed. Its presence in this amulet serves twofold — as a mark of auspicious fortune for advancement in life, and as a vessel for wiccha (occult power) to help the bearer overcome obstacles and achieve their goals with resilience.
