📢 Important Shipping Update for Our USA Customers

Dear Customers,

Starting 25 August 2025, SingPost has suspended registered mail and most standard postal parcel services to the USA. This is due to new US customs regulations, which removed the “de minimis” tax-free import threshold (previously USD $800).

What Changed?

• Every imported item to the USA—regardless of value—must now go through full customs declaration, HS code classification, and tax/duty collection.

• Standard registered mail and economy post cannot meet these new requirements.

• As a result, only letter mail (documents with no declared value) is still accepted.

What This Means for You

To ensure your orders reach you safely and without disruption, we will now ship via FedEx or equivalent international couriers.

✅ Customs-Compliant – All paperwork and requirements handled properly.

⚠️ Please note: Courier services are more expensive than SingPost registered mail, but this is now the only compliant and reliable way to ship parcels to the USA.
